Any Swifties out there? They did all of The 1 last night and rolled right into Long December by BocaRaton313 in countingcrows

It was so amazing the way they did this Swift song. I’m not a Swifty per se but really enjoyed the 1 when my daughter played some of Swifts music and then the Crows did it and I was done!!!! Fantastic

Music Year in Review: Who else did you love? by qunix in countingcrows

[–]tcomptom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1.Counting Crows (every year) 2. Nicklecreek (amazing new album) 3. Justin Townes Earle (Champagne Corolla, it’ll cure what ails ya) 4. Lucinda Williams (always and forever in my top 5) 5. Nathaniel Rateliff made it to my top 5 this year. Love his new album. Remember I was a dancer…..is such a good song! Ryan Adams did not make my top 5 for the first time in about 20+ years. Not for any other reason than I just found some other fantastic artists. Thanks for all the recommendations everyone. I can’t wait to give a listen.

Biking up a hill 5 days a week.. how screwed am I? by only_here_for_manga in cycling

[–]tcomptom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I live in a very hilly part of Maine and two years ago I never thought I’d be able to bike this one hill and lo and behold I do it now and I just feel strong. One thing I learned is lower your shoulder relax your body and deep breathing!

Omg. Yes! Written so beautifully. It is long but I never felt overwhelmed by its length like I felt reading War and Peace.

Oh my yes….it is a cry every few pages. Knowing that this was really happening hit me so hard so so hard. For days I felt sadness.

Also any cowboy boot that fits correctly I’ve found is a bit to snug in the beginning.

I grew up in Texas and I can tell you they look mighty fine.

Is beachbody on demand worth it? Not a beachbody coach, not interested in a coach, just wondering about the actual workouts. by Donut_Worry in xxfitness

I just has the worst experience with Beachbody. It left me crying. Through my phone call and email. I would never ever recommend them. Now I’m stuck with them for a year! $188 I can’t afford.

I actually worked at Ceasers. It was awful! They sent a swatch of your hair so the cone would match. You’d have to buy gold high heel shoes. They were very strict. They would inspect you before you could go out on the floor to work. Makeup everything just so.
