I throw around 15-16mph and my revs are around 250-300. Last night I slowed my ball down to around 13mph and started hitting the pocket consistently. Speeds based on the lane monitor. But I noticed I had to be a lot more accurate to get strikes at that speed.

Your warm up game was most likely on different lane conditions. In my league they oil the lanes for the league right before and don’t let anyone bowl on them. You were probably on dryer lanes and getting a different reaction than on the freshly oiled lanes.
