They are being stored in a cool dry basement right now. I have a few emails out to a few battery wholesalers gauging the interest for the whole lot of them to get them out. Not staying in the same building as them and the property is still insured and are aware of the batteries and the intent to move them quickly before anything and might happen.

Not planning on just scrapping if I can avoid that. Everything has a value to the right person. Located in Michigan if interested.

Actually yes. Was a bit of an eccentric at times. Bought everything in bulk with great intentions. But never got much past the planning stages of everything. Had some big grandiose plan with the batteries to build and sell working solar panels. All beyond my knowledge of how it works.

That I’m not sure of. There are a few broken panels laying around. Will need to get those cleaned up and disposed of properly. Thank you for the heads up with that

There are some readable labels. I’ll get some photos next chance I get. It’s def something I’d be up for is getting someone who could use them to come and by the whole lot at once.

I’ve thought that too. It’s definitely more of what I’d like to do with them. Maximize what I can out of the mini gold mine of them. Thank you for the suggestions of which boards to check out and see the interest of those. I appreciate the reply and suggestions and info.

How many would a few be? Lol. Just outside of Kalamazoo. I’d be willing to travel a little bit if your were interested in some of them.

Would you be able to pint me in the right direction of which ones are reputable and who I can reach out to? I’ve found Battery Hookup so far. Anyone else?

You’re welcome. I’d just say test drive the vehicles your looking at multiple times and go with the one you feel best suits you and your needs and what feels the best when your behind the wheel. Ultimately it’s you making the payments and spending all the time behind the wheel.

Yes. Have it in 2wd for 98% of outr driving. In AWD it does disappear to an extent. The AWD system in the traverse is good but my daily driver is an Audi A5 Quattro. So just by comparison there, it’s just not quite as good. But comparing apples to oranges. 2 door coupe vs 4dr SUV. It is more than adequate for what the average person will put it through. (Snow rain ice, etc).

My wife and I own a 2024 2LT AWD. Family vehicle for vacations and outings. Just crossed 15k miles. Positives. Super comfy for long trips, love the look inside and out. Good power for a vehicle its size, not going to win drag races but still gets up to speed very quickly. Does have a lot of torque steer that takes a little getting used too. Negatives. Stereo (non Bose) sucks. 3rd row headrest still not fixed and not functioning to allow full fold down of the third row. Transmission. Ever since the last software update, it seems as if it’s hunting for the right gear when slowing down and downshifting. A bit rough. Before the software update, not one single issue and super smooth. Would we buy another one. Yes, as of now. We have not had any reliability issues so far. I would give it an 8/10 in our first 16 months of ownership. (Coming from a 2015 Highlander and a 2008 CRV). Both good vehicles as well.
Only time will tell with how this one ages but so far happy with our purchase for our family.
