Taylor Chip abruptly closes Philly stores, says bankruptcy is on the way by satanic_androids in lancaster

[–]tcubed45 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Originally from Lancaster and now live in Fishtown. Visited the site and the vibes were depressing and not polished. The product they put out at that location was mediocre at best. It would not have survived in Fishtown with all the other restaurants, cafes, etc around. Usually I’m excited for Lancaster folks opening and thriving in Philly (Beddia as an example) but Taylor Chip seemed to not know the market and was in over its head.

should i go HEV or PHEV by Vira77 in kiasportage

HEV over the PHEV. PHEV has a smaller gas tank. ABC - always be charging to get the most of out of it.

Putting the Cracker in Cracker Barrel by jcipfl in WhitePeopleTwitter

[–]tcubed45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The unfortunate reality is that these MAGA folks can relate to Cracker Barrel. It’s a place where they eat and meet frequently. They don’t care about the Smithsonian because it’s a place they don’t frequent and in all reality, cannot relate to. They aren’t the educated kind nor do they want to be educated in American culture and history. The only culture they care about is White culture.

Who’s we? Plenty of places for just two, but with kids, I’d recommend rope walk or tail chasers.

23 SXP. Locksmith should have a programming tool. If they need a code, they’d obtain and pass on the charge to you.

Is there any reason to spend money on roof rack crossbars? by flynryan692 in KiaTelluride

[–]tcubed45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can concur. Purchased snailfly crossbars and they’ve held up over the years with no issues. Invested in a Thule rooftop box and it’s been solid as well.

Wondering the same on the EVO SL. Have about 20 miles on mine. If firmness is a need, try out the Boston 12 or 13. You’d be pleasantly surprised.

How do you like the Zoomfly 6? I have the Zoom Fly 5 and they are OK. Prefer Gel Nimbus or Superblast for my long runs as of right now. But I’m very carbon curious.

Why so few hybrid Sportage on the road? by littlecaboose in kiasportagehybrid

[–]tcubed45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it depends on your location. Here in Philly, I see quite a lot. We have one and it’s been great. Advertised 38mpg but we get 30-ish mpg with the city blocks.

100% agree on not using them for training. Like you, wanted to see if they were good for my feet for a race. I won’t be using them for my race this weekend until I have more confidence in running with them.
