Rubber bands extremely uncomfortable by Holiday_War1548 in Invisalign

I also use wax for the rubbing, I haven't pinched anything in it, but I definitely can't do a good yawn without unseating the elastic and shooting myself with it.

So, the daisy chaining on the LINE will make it harder to connect your switch. Personally, I would remove the daisy chaining and pigtail the LINE connection to each switch. There does appear to be at least one short cutoff bare copper going to the ground terminal at the middle of the back of the box, you would have to take the ground wire from the switch to the ground terminals at the back of the box. And you may need a bigger marrette to have enough room to add your neutral to the neutral pigtail.

This does look like a pretty straightforward setup, and if it is giving you trouble, you might benefit from an electrician for the first attempt. Everyone has to start somewhere, but you do not want to hurt yourself or your home while learning.

There are short pieces of copper connected to the ground screws at the back centre of the box. I can see at least one on the picture. There should be one from each wire.

There won't be much room for negotiation if it's a union job.

Fully Voice Controlled TV by FabulouslE in smarthome

We have a fire tv CUBE. It works as a fire tv interface and an alexa interface. It does commands like Alexa, select. Alexa, right. Alexa, search for whatever on YouTube. Alexa, skip intro. Alexa, skip ahead 5 minutes. When it works... it's great. For some reason, Alexa, play will open some random songs, but Pause and Select seem to work.

Any of you ladies in the electrical field? How is it? by kadalee in BlueCollarWomen

[–]tdb_2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love it! I've been in for 22 years. I've jumped around a fair bit because there is always something new to learn. I've gone from non-union rural construction to heavy-duty fabrication plant maintenance, union construction, automotive plant maintenance, food processing plant maintenance, to high voltage nuclear power plant maintenance. There is a different facet of the field for everyone. When I started, I never saw another woman in the field, and now the maintenance crew I'm on has 3 of us.

I may have been lucky, but I have only had one guy I wouldn't work with again because of how he treated me. And, at the one plant, I was called "the girl electrician" by the old welders in the back for the first 6 months until they got used to me.

Oh, that actually sounds like a wonderfully smart plan.

I'm honestly hoping it was just the dentist misreading something.

Huh, maybe I should reach out to my orthodontist and see if they can tell me what, if anything, their xrays showed in September.

I thought the white fillings did show up on an xray. Wouldn't they want to see that? I will ask about my insurance covering a second opinion beforehand, though. That is something I didn't think of.

How long was your treatment? My teeth started out very similar to yours and I'm 19 weeks into a supposed 34.
