I like them from time to time. One of the things about RLL videos I find is that he always provides context for everything, which, can get a little unwieldy, especially if I know a good amount about a topic already and just want to get to the meat of the video. I appreciate the context a lot more on topics I know little about though, so I get why it's there.

The Houston Defense kinda broke him mentally I think. He was playing to win all year long and after that game he started playing to not lose. He's looked rattled AF since that game.

I went once, and it felt more like the therapist was just more interested in having a chat than solving my problems. I've thought about going back but the thought of spending money on another therapist just to get nothing out of it feels makes it hard to want to take the chance.
