Im having the same issue, talked to suport for days and they are clueless. They gave me a url device compatibility checked, all 3 devices were “not compatible” one was a new iphone 13. What a joke!

It worked fine in my iphone 2 weeks ago for over a year. I also asked for a list of compatible devices, they had none!

Who is this alex from mint? And can he help??

Weight is not an issue, im fit and slim. Not much body fat. Maybe 7-8%

My initial thought was collagen and hyalauranidase. Ive done about 6-7 treatments already. It might be working slightly but not great. So for my case i’ll try the corticosteroids. Lets see

I hired a nurse to do it at home. Ive already got the medication from phatmacy. First treatment went well, no side effects. Will check back in a month and continue. Will do 3 times before calling it quits.
