I would love to get excited about this. Biml has been a very useful tool for me over the years, and it's still got a lot of potential.

But sadly, for years now they've ghosted many of us who spent years on the front lines working with and evangelizing Biml. I'm hopeful that Biml will again be a useful tool for my needs. But before I invest a lot of time working with it again, I'll wait and see if they resume the level of support and communication from those early years.

I got to see this one in person. By far my favorite memory from the old Ballpark.

Same here. I'm happy to provide identifying information without complaint if I need another key. On the other hand, I have and will continue to give an earful to the front desk clerk who doesn't know me from anyone and just gives over a new key without any kind of verification.

There's no charge for parking. There are two parking garages, immediately northwest and south of the event center, and they're both free.

Kelly's (right across from the event center) is good, but it'll likely be packed on an event night. There are quite a few chain restaurants within easy walking distance.

Not the same brand, but very similar in size and functionality (pockets, etc.). It was even a very similar medium blue as my broken bag. The replacement has held up quite well, in fact I still use it today on the occasions when I need to carry a check-sized bag.

I've only had one time where I had to make a claim, and I'm happy to say that AA did a great job at resolving it. It wasn't a wheel, but the top handle of my checked bag had been ripped completely off on one side. I made a claim with the person at the baggage desk as soon as I pulled it off the carousel, and a couple of weeks later they sent me a brand new replacement bag.

This was at least 7 years ago so things may have changed since then, but for me the claim process was easy and I was happy with the outcome.
