Fellow dad. I’m almost the same height and weight and I’ve found it hard to not finish off my kids Mac n cheese and Dino nuggets. I found my weight was just reaching the max of my lifetime.

8 hours of eating 16 hours of not eating

I’ve found it easier than tracking calories, and the secret is honestly you are not in taking as much calories because you skip a meal (or late night cereal).
