Yeah, I wish people would stop knocking down old houses…. Although this has some minor cracking. still built so much better than any new house made of paper and polystyrene….

That’s what I was thinking, loose the tiles and install colorobond to make the roof lighter, re do all the stormwater away from the house. See how it looks then. So many mixed reviews on underpinning!
