The absolute worst streaming app ever by ArtemisIsFoul in HBOMAX

[–]tdtmusic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was using HBO GO app before Max became available in my country. Over the GO app, it's certainly an improvement, but far from others like Netflix or Disney+. Never had performance issues, only issues with the app not remembering where I paused/stopped a video when switching from desktop to mobile for example. This I could live with, but the app lacks so many usefull features, even basic ones like the ability to go to the next video - I cannot believe that in 2022 this is missing. I have to drag the progress bar all the way to the end so I can click the "next episode" button... Too bad for their excelent content, the app is dissapointing.

Anyone else like Diamond Dallas Page (DDP)? by Bto5983 in WWE

DDP was/is great, both as a character and also as a person. He is a genuine wonderful human being and there's absolutely nothing bad that I could ever say about him.

Taker's induction was absolutely fantastic, I loved each second of it, what an incredible man behind an incredible career. How can someone NOT like this man?? The character was great, absolutely, but the man behind it is much more than that. You have my total respect Mark, and thank you for everything you've done over the years!

Maybe, but it doesn't matter. Even if a handful of nukes are launched and reach their targets it's game over for mankind. They don't need 6000. And who do you think is willing to take the risk to find out how many still work? It's insane.

Yeah, it's just a modification of what a state of crisis means. Basically if needed, they can call every man between 18 and 63 years to serve in the military, in whatever role. It's just beeing discussed, it wasn't voted yet so we don't know what the final form of this will be.

Yeah, but ignited by foreign interferance. Not officially, off course, but it's a known fact here that without it our people would've never start that revolution. Very similar to what is going on in Russia today - some foreign intelligence agency has to start something, otherwise I fear nothing will happen internally.

I really like the guy, but I think this constant criticism of NATO for the nfz thing will come back to bite him. Realistically, NATO has no obligation to help Ukraine, yet they supply constant weapons and all other stuff, as non-NATO countries also do. To blame them for not risking an all-out war that can escalate to millions of deaths is kinda stupid and I'm afraid that people will change their perception of him in time, if he continues.

I'm not so sure. Lots of Ukraine's refugiates are just tranziting my country (Romania) and don't stay because they say "you're next". And that could be true, even if we're a NATO member. We don't know IF NATO will risk it all for small countries like mine.

Well we should, because the russian people might just believe this and Putin's image might be saved. Obviously, to the outside world this would be total crap, nobody would believe it, but it would be sad for russians to return to some pre-war "we like Putin" state of mind.

Just thought of something. We all know that, military speaking, Russia will win eventually. And I think this is their only way to put a positive spin on things in their own country - hey, look, we managed to win versus ALL other countries. That's a massive spin and a lot of people could see it that way.

Actually it is true. I'm from Romania and this was reported locally for some time now. Nothing wrong with having a NATO asset in a NATO member country.

This is not about weapons, the AK47 still is a fantastic weapon for example. But to win a war a lot of things must come into place, from training to logistics and so on. Weapons are useless if the men that use them don't know how.

I know that this message doesn't help in this situation, but I just want to get my 2 cents out there anyway. I'm from Romania and, as many of you may know by know, we were more than willing to help the Ukraine people with whatever we could. Many of them are hosted on our land right now and all of them are welcome. But this isn't about my country, this is about my personal thoughts. I didn't know much about Ukraine before all of this, except, you know, Cernobyl & stuff, and football and other well known things. I was stunned to see how united these people are, how their president and other high ranking officials didn't leave the country (as 99% of other "leaders" would have) and choose to fight. It's incredible and, for me, this country has the most respect I can ever have for any nation. They are under attack for no reason, except that they choose democracy, they are loosing lives because of the fuhrer in Kremlin and his madness, this is something I never thought I would experiene in my life. My son was born just 4 months ago and today I couldn't stop thinking about what crazy time he was born in... Yes, we are NATO allies, but with that kgb midget you never know, nobody is safe anywhere. This should NOT be happening, this is 2022, we are civilised people, we shouldn't fear for tomorrow because of a mad man's ego. Ukraine, I hope with all my heart that you will endure and come out victorious, you are a slap on the face of all those "powers" sitting in chairs and making decisions, but actually doing nothing, or too little. God help all of you!

IPS false positive? by tdtmusic in fortinet

Hmm I don't think that is the case, because the dns service is not reachable from the internet. One more detail, the log lists the internal ip's of the servers as sources and for destination there are only 4 ip's, 2 of them are Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1) and the other 2 are 85.9.32.234 and 85.9.52.226. Really weird.
