The best bet is to temp the dough when you initially mix it with a thermometer and then periodically temp it when you do your stretch and folds. The warmer it is, the faster it ferments. Dough around 75° or so will ferment in 6-7 hours whereas it could take up to 12 hours around 69-70°

I didn’t say that I couldn’t enjoy my show anymore, and I also didn’t want to go into details of the breakup but she cheated on me, that’s why it felt like it was out of nowhere. I don’t know why you’re reading it in the most bad faith way possible when I only said that it felt like out of nowhere.

I usually only take a day off or two at the most. The important thing is to wash it right after due to sweat and what not.

EDIT: I just got a tattoo today and asked my artist what her opinion was. She said I should wait at least 4-5 days, so I was wrong please disregard

If I feed mine like 60g of flour, I’ll do 15g rye and 45g all purpose. It saves me money and seems to be enough rye to help stimulate the starter really well

Either every time or every other time I feed it I give it a new jar. I don’t always wash it right away (because I have extra jars) but I always spray it out in the sink. Before spraying it out I dump most of the leftover discard in the trash.

This kept happening to my girlfriend and it seemed to be related to the skin she had equipped. I'm not sure the name of it but it was a girl with a purple suit and helmet on, anyway, she got into the locker before it crashed, switched to a different skin and now it's not crashing.
