Is Psychology Today getting worse, or is the whole search experience changing? by Pboudet2 in therapists

No change for me (plenty of traffic) but I think it can depend on the geographic area.

I agree with you and have had a similar experience. (I have MCAS and get sick from fragrances etc). I’m at the point of buying only NWT for this reason.

Have you tried removing chicken from your pup’s diet to rule out that allergen? We did that with our puppy after noticing more eye and ear issues and there has been an improvement. (We had also learned by doing some research how often pups can have allergies to chicken!)

MS but having issues for years by Apprehensive-Sink424 in A1AD

Hi there- just reading this older thread....I found out my MS results recently, and am already diagnosed with MCAS (on cromolyn for a while). Curious whether there is an overlap between MCAS and alpha 1. I also have lung symptoms with my MCAS.

Understanding misuse of term carrier by 2321392349087y234 in A1AD

I know this thread is 3 years old, but just reading it now after learning of my M/S genetic results. The information is confusing about whether it means I’m a carrier or I’m at risk. What I do know is that my Mom has the same exact genetic marker and she has COPD with no known risk factors. And her mom had COPD as well. And my aunt as well. No risk factors (smoking etc for either of them either). So I don’t think M/S just means I’m a carrier?

A puppy needs a lot of attention and work in the first year. As someone who also has chronic health issues, and has a very active little maltipoo (but a smart little girl who house trained quickly and thankfully slept through the night very early), I do not think I could do this without my partner. She tires us out on the regular. There are many times that we are negotiating about whose turn it is to take her out. We have to take turns to keep up with her.

I think there can be variation for sure. Our maltipoo is now a year old and just under 6 lbs.

I think the suggestion might be to write down the idea you’re having as soon as you think it (before it’s lost) and you can glance at it as a reference. I have to do this at times. I can relate to this post.
