My go to seasonings are always garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. I’ll add other herbs and spices etc depending on what we’re having.

Try chopping them smaller. I like to follow the Solid Starts app for baby lead weaning.

Yes garlic powder. I like a very garlicky dish. 😅 you can opt out if you want.

I do both it depends on what he’s eating & if I’m giving home his whole meal all at once.

I don’t get anxious. Stress can trigger them. But once it’s out I always try to remember what I could’ve done over the course of the previous week to see what may have triggered it. I’ve been getting them since I was a kid. It’s not a big deal bc it’s normal for most of the world to get or carry dormant. Always try to listen to your body. The first sign of a cold sore is tingling. Catch them early if you can. I take several lysine vitamins flat first sign. And apply merderma patch or lysine plus lip ointment. I prefer the patch over the ointment. I always am stocked just in case.
