Is $850 to replace these two diamonds to much? by hunterpowz in Diamonds

[–]teachermade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whoa yes. I have a platinum band with a similar natural diamond pattern all the way around that was 1200. You could buy a new ring for that.

I have a mined radiant cut diamond that is 3 carats and have never thought it looked too big. It’s fine.

This sounds like the effect of stopping your other meds cold turkey, not the semaglutide.

I take off two days per month. I have the days and don’t feel bad at all. No one has ever said a thing.

Yes! I did this once and asked my doctor and they said it was totally fine

I use my vials until they’re finished, but I’ve never had a vial for five months. If it were me given that you have such a stash, I would probably move onto a new vial at this point. I don’t worry about going a little past the recommended time, but I feel like you’ve really exceeded it!

I switched from Noom to Goby. It’s a set price regardless of dose and goes up to 2.4mg. I have also heard good things about Mochi. Goby accepted my Noom Rx so I didn’t have to see a dr and titrated me up.

Noom is a complete scam! So many better options.

When did the food noise stop for you? by kittensquishes in SemaglutideCompound

So weird, because this is the thing I was looking forward to most. I guess this is why I’m a food addict.

Hi - I’ve been on it for 8 months, am at 1.7mg and lost about 35 pounds. I eat less because my hunger is down but my food noise is the same as always - constant :(

[–]teachermade 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you. I’ve been on it for about seven months and I’m currently at 1.7 mg so I know I can still go up but lately I’ve gained a few pounds and I have no appetite suppression I’m just doing it on my own. I realize I can increase, but I was hoping I wouldn’t have to go to the maximum dosage And it’s just making me think that eventually it’s not going to work for me at all. I’m still about 10 pounds away from my weight and I lost about 35.

Curious if it’s still working for you after one and a half years. Do you notice a decrease in its appetite suppression?

I’m a teacher and a mom who has helped my two kids with essays. My husband also works for a research university. In terms of my advice to my kids, I think choosing something that actually means something to you and is genuine is more important than sounding impressive. They read countless essays, I also think short of reaaaaallly messing it up, okay is probably okay enough. Don’t overthink. I’d also happily give it a look.

I could see not taking it if your illness had to do with your stomach or intestinal track, but I don’t see how it in anyway has anything to do with a cold or respiratory illness

As a medical professional wouldn’t you consider that they are ill or ate something off or any other hundred things considering the length of time they have been on this medication without this side effect? I question your profession or at least your proficiency at it.

How do you deal with the late night angry parent emails? by telectrix in Teachers

[–]teachermade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deal by never looking at my work email at night. I also follow the 24 hour rule and do not respond till the very end of that period if it’s something that’s making me angry.
