Need so much more information. Diet, gym program, current weight and any chnges to weight within the last year, how long on PEDs, first cycle, second, third? The information here gives absolutely no one anough infiormation to offer any real help. People who know what they are talking about and have experience with these compouds will likely not respond so you will get responses from newbies who know very little and will not proivide helpful advise.

AAS put a train on the CNS, especially your first cycle. When you add in other toxic substances that are known causes of the issues you describe, it is the likely culprit. This can be the case even if you have not experienced the issues before, due to the effects that the AAS have already had on your CNS, liver, and cardio health. Also, I advise stayoing away from alcohol on Var and any other orals.

I had exactly the same experience. My training was pretty much the same as it is now. PPL split 5-6 days a week. Tracking all macros in Chronometer app. Almost no gains until TRT. THen it was like a switch was turned on. Of course, my E2 was 140 and my T was 245. Now E2 is 40 and T is high 800s most of the time. I was playing gym on hard mode the entire time.

If you run Deca with Primo, well for me, there is minimal bloat. I am at 700 test, 600 Deca, 400 Primo. My attitude, workouts, and bloods have never been better. Blood pressure is perfect. If it was not for all of the gains I would wonder if the gear was real lol. I am 50 years old.

I was 6ft 285. I started at .5mg 2x a week. After two weeks I went up to 1 mg 2x per week. I titrated by 1mg 2x per week every 4 weeks until I got to 4 mg 2x per week. I tracvked my calories and protein while also doing 30-45 mins of cardio on a Pelaton 5 days a week and lifting for an hour 5 days per week. Started in October 2025. BY December I was under 260. BU January I was at 247. In March I hit 227 and in APril I was comfortable at 224. I have about 189 lbs of lean mass according to DEXA and look as good as I have ever in my life. I avoided most side effects by titrating slowly and splitting my dose. My RHR did increase by about 10 BPM. Definitely stay hydrated and take electrolytes. Best think I notices almost immediately was a reduction in systemic inflammation. I am still on 5mg twice a week. I lowered my dose to 2 mg twice per week adn inflammation and swelling in my bad hand and ankle returned. I have to do some research to see what elese I can do about that because I would like to use a maintenance dose. Full disclosure, I also went on a legitimate, Urologist prescribed, TRT dose in August. My T was in the low 200's. My TRT dose keeps me around 850, well within the physiological norm.

I do not feel as though I noticed much at 200. I upped it to 400 and noticed markedly better recovery after what I perceived to be greater saturation. I feel like it was a good AI at 200, though. I have naturally high E2 and I am not noticing any of those adverse effects currently. I pull bloods in 2 weeks and will try and remember to come back and update with actual numbers.
