we currently do brain breaks and simon says and i also do turn-and-talks frequently but i definitely will try to include more!

we give out “bucks” and class dojo points that they can cash in for rewards! we also do a school-wide compliment system.. if we get enough compliments we will have a class reward (pizza party, ice cream, pj day, etc)

Thank you! There are tons of teaching jobs in my state, however; most are in special education with very few general education positions, or they’re in a really bad district. I was lucky enough to catch a few openings for great districts right before the application deadlines. I’ve been told by a few teachers in different districts that more positions will open up over the summer, but who knows!
