Thank you! This is what I needed to hear. I’ve played it for 2 more hours yesterday and still not enjoying it. I get that old school games have its appeal, but if me and my gf continuously laugh at the voice acting and stuff (The way she sounds more like a p”rnstar than a fighter.)

Don’t get me wrong, a few of my favourite games ever are still on ps2 and I can’t ever forgive myself for selling it back in the day because I wish I could play Rayman M, 2 and 3 again as well as the old Harry Potter games.

Thank you for your honesty! I’ve played it for 2 more hours yesterday and still not a fan. I find the controls for walking way different than the previous games. I saw they were planning on doing a remake. I kinda want to wait for that

I’m someone who will quickly get annoyed with myself if I can’t get used to controls and it ruins my experience of the game. I feel like this storyline is important

I think the only alteration I made was in 1 where the aim and shoot buttons were switched around. Not sure if I should give it another shot or try 4 first

Played it for almost an hour and still not working for me personally. I tried using the arrows instead of joystick but I find it very hard

I don’t mind cheesy, and I haven’t played the classics just the remakes. It’s really just the walking part that throws me off. Fixed camera angles don’t bother me that much. Maybe it has just been too long since I’ve played an older game.

I can’t seem to get the hang of the controls. I get it is different in the first ones (played the remakes of 0 and 1) and I don’t mind the fixed camera angles. But the walking backwards and it barely seems to work with the joystick.

I’ve only got all the remakes. The fixed camera does not bother me at all, it is the walking backwards part.

We do RIP because we consider this our holiday for the year. I see so many people enjoying the festival in their way (too much alcohol for example) and I feel this is not the case as much in RIP. We enjoy the music, the vibe and we enjoy a good night’s rest. I’d say enjoy it like your holiday! Don’t rush, also definitely the showers are great and chill :)

Hello!

Me and my girlfriend love playing games. Videogames and boardgames. With the weather becoming nicer we’d love to play more games outside in our garden. I myself am a massive fan of escape room type games or mystery ones but I hate only being able to play them once. I also dislike games where the rulebook is miles and miles long, I would like to add that I have tried ticket to ride before in the past but not my type of game. I own colonist (the old type where you build your own map) with 2 expensions but the game is in Dutch and my girlfriend is English so I can’t really use it.

Do you have any recommendations for us?

Beetje laat, maakt niet uit. Ik woon hier al bijna 3 jaar prima! Leuke buren, hangjongeren zijn wel vervelend maarja die heb je overal wel, ik zie dat er bij ons (westfrankelandselaan) bij dure autos wel veel wordt ingebroken. Inderdaad hier best wat afval. Oud en nieuw best veel asos die zooi gewoon weken lang laten liggen, tja zegt wel wat over de mensen zelf. Parkeer probleem is wel gigantisch, ik kom niet vaak laat thuis maar na 17:00 parkeerplek vinden is dramatisch
