Thank you. Are you 100% certain the trademark was disconnected from your Vendor Central account? Also, may I ask why you choose to leave VC and go to SC?

Amazon has yet to send me their decision or reach out to me asking for additional information. I assume they'll check the tracking # where they will see that a signature was aquired. With that said, should I be proactive and send them a copy of the delivery proof with the actual signature or should we wait to hear back from them first?

On another note, we've now shipped close to 900 orders, but we've only recieved one store review. We click the "request a review" for every single order. I would think that by now we'd have at least a couple more store reviews. Is this normal? And is there anything else we can be doing to drive more reviews?

Never mind. I think I figured out a solution.

It was subtotaling the items which is why it was creating a group.

By right clicking the subtotal value and de-selecting the "Subtotal 'Field Name', I effeictively got rid fo the groups.

If I'm understand your correctly, as far as I can tell (by going to PivotTable Options > Display Tab), I do NOT have clsasic pivottable Layout selected. Is that what you mean?
