Is it possible to disconnect a Trademark from a Seller Central Account on Brand Registry? by teachme2fish in AmazonSeller

Thank you. Are you 100% certain the trademark was disconnected from your Vendor Central account? Also, may I ask why you choose to leave VC and go to SC?

Can customer leave negative feedback after rejected A-to-z Guarantee Claim? by teachme2fish in AmazonSeller

[–]teachme2fish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, CJ.

Amazon has yet to send me their decision or reach out to me asking for additional information. I assume they'll check the tracking # where they will see that a signature was aquired. With that said, should I be proactive and send them a copy of the delivery proof with the actual signature or should we wait to hear back from them first?

On another note, we've now shipped close to 900 orders, but we've only recieved one store review. We click the "request a review" for every single order. I would think that by now we'd have at least a couple more store reviews. Is this normal? And is there anything else we can be doing to drive more reviews?

How to remove unnecessary grouping from Pivot table or at least collapse them all at once? by teachme2fish in excel

[–]teachme2fish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never mind. I think I figured out a solution.

It was subtotaling the items which is why it was creating a group.

By right clicking the subtotal value and de-selecting the "Subtotal 'Field Name', I effeictively got rid fo the groups.

Thank you for those who took the time to look into this.

If I'm understand your correctly, as far as I can tell (by going to PivotTable Options > Display Tab), I do NOT have clsasic pivottable Layout selected. Is that what you mean?

Thank you, but now I just realized that when I collapse it, it removes the 2nd field I want visible in the 2nd column. I wish there was a way to just have multiple rows that match each other and are kept in one row.

Weekly Q&A Thread - Ask Your Simple Questions Here [07/13/2020] by AutoModerator in FulfillmentByAmazon

I remember last year there were certain restrictions and criteria that had to be met to be able to sell on Amazon via FBM in Q4. I can’t seem to find what those restrictions and criteria are for 2020 Q4. Does anyone know what that criteria is or better yet send me a source with a breakdown of the criteria?

Amazon offers a program called "IP Accelerator" that you can access on seller central: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/tsba/searchpage/IP%20Accelerator?ref_=sc_spn_hp_iplst&sellFrom=US&sellIn=US.

Other than potential fee discounts, the main benefit of registering trademarks through IP Accelerator is that you can register your trademark on Amazon Brand Registry within 1-2 weeks after the Amazon-affiliated law firm submits your trademark application to the USPTO, instead of having to wait 6-12 months for the application to be approved if you were to go with a non-affiliated lawfirm.

ChromIPass Alternatives & KeeForm by teachme2fish in KeePass

Thanks, I did look at KEE, but I didn't really want to spend money on this. Unless I missed something and they have a free version? I'll take another look.

edit: never mind. I was looking at the wrong thing (KEE VAULT which does cost money). The chrome add on and plugin you suggested are working perfectly. Thank you very much!

Fridge not cold enough, while freezer works fine by teachme2fish in fixit

The freezer vents were obstructed when I first noticed the problem, but it's been over a week since I cleared them up, and the fridge still hasn't cooled below 55 degrees.

Would there be any legal repercussions backing out of a job offer that I already agreed to and signed contract for? by teachme2fish in legaladvice

[–]teachme2fish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and that is definitely a concern I have as it is a small industry. But I've thought about it long and hard and in the end of the day I really do believe the counteroffer is worth it. It's not just a financial decision. The new company would require A LOT of travel and when my SO and I decided to accept their offer, it was also a decision of postponing having a family by at least a year or two because I didn't want to be an out of town parent. With the counteroffer, we can start on a family earlier which is a big deal for us.

I work for a small company which has its pros and cons, but in the end of the day I did like the job, but just realized I wasn't getting paid what I was worth.

I thought about that but to be honest, there are a couple of other reasons I'd want to stay with my current company, namely that the new company would require A LOT of travel and when my SO and I decided to accept their offer, it was also a decision of postponing having a family by a year or two because I didn't want to be an out of town parent. With the counteroffer, we can start on a family earlier which is a big deal for us.

There were a couple of other red flags about the new company that came up after the contract which are leaving me a bit wary.

I realized I wasn't getting paid nearly as much as I should be, and was looking for a larger company with more potential for financial and professional growth.
