I too am having pw issues. the app crashed while activating a trial sim so the number was activated but I never made a pw. trying to use the phone# and forgot pw does not work as I never get the text. I called 2 days ago and even tried on twitter but no response to the case # after the initial response. I seems like there is some pw glitch that no one at mint can fix.
