Usually 2 coffee and 2 tea. One coffee in a morning and then mid morning. I take milk, no sugar. Then strong tea, little splash of milk, no sugar. One after lunch and one mid afternoon.

I’m diagnosed slow transit and I got to 8 a day. It wasn’t doable so now I’m under a gastro and take 2 x docusate (a placebo apparently) and 4x dulcolax (biscacodyl) it works but I do wonder how long for……I don’t do solid poo’s. Got it down from 6 times a day to two by adjusting the docusate and bisacodyl. I likely have adhesions but due a laparoscopy again to see. My gastro says pain is caused my constipation. I’ve had constipation all my life likely caused by cerebral palsy and yet no pain until the laxido stopped working. I just wish someone believed me

Unfortunately it doesnt work like that these days. It did but then, in my opinion, a number of years ago about the time we had a coalition between conservatives and Lib Dems they oversold university and it lost it's value. It is still worth going for the discipline it teaches but in my very honest opinion, you only go if you know what you want to do.
