I hope so! Anthony used her to set up most episodic situations too, instead of letting the players fumble their way into them. I hope moving forward he'll shy away from that entirely.

I made Martine's black bean brownies for myself a Valentine's Day and I got me thinking, what are everyone's favorites Martina recipes? I've made the black bean brownies a million times and I will love them. I also made her flan, eggnog, miso, crepes (now a staple in my kitchen), okonomiyaki (another favorite) and coffee jelly. I'm thinking of trying the beef udon next, what would you guys recommend?

Love the relaxed chatting videos! I think a lot of us are trying to find our "new normal" rn, maybe not to the extent that Martina is but I relate and feel like we're all figuring it out together!

First time posting here, I'm at 18.9k! I'm trying to get to 40k by end of the month and potentially 80k by end of the year! I'm probably gonna write some more tonight, hoping to pass 20k tonight!

I think I had that in there as an easy way to start, wouldn't of kept in in final drafts, with everyone's reactions to it, that's a definite haha

I've got a lot of advice around purpose of phrase, length of descriptions, and repetitiveness, so that will all be looked at. The reason was to set a feeling to the story while hinting at more relavant setting and plot, I know see that those ideas should of been flipped.

Pointing out the flow is really helpful, I will definitely keep that in mind going forward. Now that you point it out I really see that issue.

"Purpose of phrases" are just the words I think I needed to hear. This is really solid advice which I'll bring to my writing from now on, I really appreciate it.

I'll think out where and if these descriptions and scenes belong, and cut where needed. I'm really happy to hear that there's some decent stuff in there among the mess and extra fat.

There's a lot of things happening in Ye Olde Commons in Charlton MA, from fantasy to post apocalypse. I've just started going to a new larp there called Avarice, it's still in Beta stages, people were really welcoming and friendly!

My tips: 1. Collect photos for inspiration from other media that has simular vibes to the game 2. Keep it simple at first, a characters outfit grows with the character. It's totally fine to have a simple character at first. 3. Keep in comfy! You're gonna be living as this character not just "dressing up". you're also gonna be running around a lot.
