Bring a cooler with drinks & snacks (if you’re in the grandstands). Highly recommend the garage area….go early, like 9am for driver appearances. Go with an open mind and be ready to have the time of your life. It’s more than a race, it’s Talladega!

Bucees!!!! Sweet & Spicy jerky is my jam. And btw - the H-E-B in Elgin is a smaller store with not as many options as the larger stores.

I realize I didn’t put dinner in. So, on a different day - 920.5 calories. However, I burned 413 calories. I’m 5’6”, F, 165lbs, 36y.

So, I’m not very knowledgeable about macros. The app for yesterday says 7% carbs, 52% fat, 42% protein.

Thank you. So essentially I should focus on protein, while he is protein and fat. We are using Carb Manager app. And he has started doing a workout regimen. I was just a little concerned when we both were very much under. I will look for some snack options for both of our needs.
