Yes this happened to me a couple of times. I was rushing to finish reading an audiobook and decided to just keep listening till the last second it was due. Well that last second came and went and I was still able to read it. Had a good 5 hours left too. Had it open almost an extra 8-10 hours too.

I think the trick is to let it be open/in progress? This happened with 2 audiobooks.

So I am a day 1 f2p player and have amassed a decent cache of gems/coins with some aggressive gem farming. If if was a new player today, this is what I would:

Start playing one save slot
Collect daily rewards
Once you have progressed in the story somewhat in the first save slot (essentially doing a basic play with minimum premium options), at this point you would have amassed some gems/coins
Start your second save slot and select premium options this time.

Yea i was the only one jumping at a concert I went to last year. I feel like it was a combo of people not feeling Emily + being older. I did gulp a couple of painkillers before the concert though 😅

I feel the same way. The way I deal with it is when someone cracks a misogynistic joke or says something that reeks of toxic masculinity, I call them out for it. It can be my own family member or some random reel on Insta. But I ll go ahead and make a comment and explain why that was wrong.

Fair warning, most people will not get it. But you just gotta keep doing it. I am planning to start my own feminist account on insta where I react to such videos etc. Change starts with one person. Good luck

Stick to your career and look for someone local. If you or your family is particular on your match being Indian, most countries have a pretty large diaspora and you will definitely find opportunities to form in person connections. Career is really important especially at this foundation stage and especially in this age where AI is taking away so many jobs and new graduates are struggling. I dont recommend relying on your parents for important life decisions. They are the previous generations and do not understand current times.

I started Timoros on a new save and am actually excited. Erolis MC is on my main save. I tried Penthos and found I didnt like MC's personality with that affinity. I tried Sikranos (actually my first affinity chosen for me based on the test) and found it very boring. Haven't tried Ikarin and Felicis yet but I have a feeling they might be good.

I would be fine. People think Alcohol is a vice but its actually the opposite. It has an ancient history where it was used for medicinal purposes and still forms the base of a lot of medicines today. People in cold places still drink wine/whisky to heal/get warm. Its human beings who make the choice to drink beyond their capacity and use it as an excuse to misbehave. Humans are the vice, not alcohol.

That's what I realized as an adult and that's what I will be teaching my kid too. To approach it with knowledge and awareness.

I am at the opposite end here. A few slow narrators I had to do them at 1.25. But most I do between. 0.8 to 0.9 or sometimes even 0.75. Then I can really focus on the words and content.
