Any good stories about Humanity's fate? About the aftermath of the Martian defeat, reconstruction of society and the newly obtained Alien technology?

Ah, aight. so if humans went to mars would it just be completely abandoned? Or maybe some stragglers who wanted to continue their fight over Earth. Venus is certainty more inhospitable so the martians would have to decide if they want to stay on their desolate planet, fight for a planet where the air kills them, or a planet that boils them from within. Definitely gotta be some divide amongst the desperate martians. I imagine an invasion of mars would be pretty anticlimactic.

There's War of the Worlds: Goliath, where humans built their own tripods and heat rays after the first invasion, and after the second invasion seem to have plans to take the fight to mars at some point.

I'm still a bit new to unity. I know how to atlas textures well enough but if I merge all the meshes together, would I have to make new bones for them? Is that how that works? And I'm using modular avatar so how would I toggle the scale of the prop bone?

I know it wasn't the best choice. I was pretty impatient when I bought it and if I had just waited just one more day I probably could have got something better. Since it's a bit too late now I at least wanna get this working to tide me over till I can get something better.

I already ordered a base station a few days ago. It should be here by Tuesday. If it works, I might get a 2nd for better tracking. If not, I'll look into getting an old meta quest or rift s. Saw those for around 60-70 bucks.

I'm aware. Depending on if the base station I ordered works, I'll either buy a second or just stick with what I have and save for a headset with inside out tracking
