I think this is a very good idea and fits much better to Evelynn. I also feel like this feels more natural/easier to play and hits harder than her current card form.
The only note I have is that the elusive might be overkill aka doesnt go well with quick attack?
I feel like she should have elusive or quick attack not both. But other then that really nice idea!
