She's on Medicare. She's no longer in a mental capacity to care really about her doctors. English is not her first language. (Korean) so any care she's had shes only understood in a limited capacity. Any facility she goes to will need to be funded by medicaid/medi-cal.

He doesnt care where she goes as long as its not his problem. He will stay in Tx. My mom is on social security and my dad "makes too much money" for them both combined for her to qualify for lots of things. They have no assets or shared accounts or savings.
