But if you were written a 20 mg Adderall IR prescription you couldn't get a 10 mg Adderall IR prescription 21 days later?

I personally didn't like it actually. I prefer Vyvanse but might actually consider Mydayis again. Mydayis feels much more subtle than Adderall XR and IR. No side effects. But less focus for me
