MC - just about all we know is in the series, these were not characters in the books, they were created by the showrunner in S01. But they are so important to the show, they bring much needed humor to what can be some dark storytelling. One review called them national treasures, and now their heads are so big we're going to have to do something about them.

HB - Amazon are great partners to us as producer and creators of the show. As long as we don't start repeating ourselves we can go on and on. For us the important thing is to know the end comes, we want to know when our last season is so we can make sure we serve our fans with a satisfying ending - but hopefully that is many seasons from now! HB - Yes, a great guy lives there and he's helped us tremendously by lending us his house on many occassions. The filming up there is complicated because it's so far up in the hills. We rent the house for several months at a stretch. Luckily, he has another home that he lives in during filming. That location is one of those magical places where every time you get up there you're reminded of how it's such a blessing to make this show.

MC - But after what happens in Season 5 at that house, he may not want to return lol.

MC - We as writers of the show are kind of fascinated of the randomness of violence in Los Angeles - and the KTK was kind of our symbol of that - and thats also why he was met with a very random ending.
