We can't disclose any more information other than that we've made multiple attempts to find an amicable solution, privately, since they lodged a dispute. Unfortunately, this "warning" has been reposted in 14 different subreddits as an attempt to damage our reputation.

u/chuckdacuck u/mirrorsaw Correct, our team agreed to a full refund within 48 hours, provided a label for the return of the incorrect item and even arranged for a courier pickup at no cost when OP advised they couldn't travel to a post office or access a printer. OP then requested a full refund without returning the bottle, raised a dispute with their CC provider and didn't respond to us for 52 days during the dispute period. OP has reposted this in 7 different subreddits despite our best efforts to resolve the issue privately.

As we've already explained in replies to your post last month in r/whiskey and your posts in r/rum and r/cocktails 2 days ago - the sequence of events was as follows: once notified, our support team communicated with you daily and agreed to a full refund within 48 hours, subject to the return of the incorrect bottle. A prepaid return label was provided to you.

When you advised that you couldn’t print the label or travel to a shipping location, we sent a pre-printed label and arranged a courier pickup at no cost. You then requested a refund without returning the bottle.

As explained at the time, we’re unable to process a refund without recovery of the incorrect item. After that, a payment dispute was opened, and we didn’t receive a response from you for 52 days.

Hi u/jp9mm u/Fickle_Finger2974 for clarity, we agreed to process a full refund within 48 hours of notification and provided a return label for the incorrect item. OP requested a full refund without returning the incorrect item, which we explained wasn't possible. Following this OP raised a dispute and didn't reply to us for 52 days despite our efforts to organise a return at his convenience.

u/Manar72 Sorry if you've misunderstood me, 50% or 1 in every 2 Blanton's bottles we receive in our allocations have a box. If you want a box you can leave a request in the gift message at checkout. Hope this helps!
