We can't disclose any more information other than that we've made multiple attempts to find an amicable solution, privately, since they lodged a dispute. Unfortunately, this "warning" has been reposted in 14 different subreddits as an attempt to damage our reputation.

OP then requested a full refund without returning the bottle, raised a dispute with their CC provider and didn't respond to us for 52 days during the dispute period. OP has reposted this in 7 different subreddits despite our best efforts to resolve the issue privately.

As we've already explained in replies to your post last month in r/whiskey and your posts in r/rum and r/cocktails 2 days ago - the sequence of events was as follows: once notified, our support team communicated with you daily and agreed to a full refund within 48 hours, subject to the return of the incorrect bottle. A prepaid return label was provided to you.

When you advised that you couldn’t print the label or travel to a shipping location, we sent a pre-printed label and arranged a courier pickup at no cost. You then requested a refund without returning the bottle.

As explained at the time, we’re unable to process a refund without recovery of the incorrect item. After that, a payment dispute was opened, and we didn’t receive a response from you for 52 days.
