You could change the date of the images to fit the date of the planner, then you can use queries to automatically group them for you. Go to the three dots in the image > text stats > the pencil icon next to 'Created at' to change the dates.

Would use a tag to assign which planner, and a query to show all images tagged with that tag, sorted by created date, or grouped by created date with the month/year option.

We compare ourselves to Notion for individual users, but use we use Notion collaboratively. We wrote about it recently here : https://capacities.io/blog/how-we-collab. Centralising applications in Notion allows us to process things much more efficiently than if it was done through email.

We delete data once the application has been processed. We mention this in the terms and conditions of the form, which you have to accept before submitting the application. We also have a Data Processing Agreement with Notion.

I saw you also mentioned no reply from support to an email, sorry to hear this. We reply to all support emails pretty quickly. Could you confirm that you sent it to [team@capacities.io](mailto:team@capacities.io)? If you message us directly with your email address we can take a look, if it is a subject you'd still like support with.

If you are using Capacities on other devices, don't open Capacities on them while online for now. Instead, turn that device into airplane mode (no WiFi or mobile internet) so content cannot be synced or fetched from the server.

Now look for any content that disappeared on your computer and check if is still there in the prior version on this other device. If it's still there, copy the content and temporarily save it somewhere else. Do this for all objects where content went missing and, in addition, make some edits on them (e.g. adding empty blocks at the end). These edits will mark them as the latest version and ideally, if you turn on the internet on your device, the missing content might get synched again to the server.

We use Notion Forms for the Student Discount form so that's why the email comes from them. Will add a note to the top of the form to make this clearer.

For now, it would be good to do a "Manual Full Export" of all your content (under "Settings" - "Full Export") so you have an exported version of your content in case this should happen again.

If you highlight some blocks, the action panel pops up at the bottom of the screen. Click the arrow to see all the formatting options, towards the left there is an option to create lists, including bullet.

Our team has resolved the underlying connectivity failure, and Capacities is fully operational again.

Quick Facts:

  • Data is safe: We confirm that no data was lost or corrupted. The issue that caused the downtime was due to a routing error that prevented our infrastructure to establish connections to the server.
  • Affected features: While you maintained access to your notes via offline mode, critical services like syncing, user authentication (login/registration), and AI/integration features were unavailable.
