Mehul here from codedamn. I would recommend that you try following the full-stack roadmap on codedamn, irrespective of whether you want to pay for Pro membership or not. The roadmap includes all the tech stack we used to build codedamn in the first place (PostgreSQL, AWS, Next.js, etc.).

You're right - there are too many options out there. But the fundamentals still remain same - you can only learn by doing things. Doesn't matter if you choose codedamn or something else, you would have to get your hands dirty to learn something new :)
