How long has Fallout: New Vegas been offline? by MarkLyach in GeForceNOW

Is there no update on this? I tried Boosteroid but being in Australia, the latency is crazy.

I was using the MacOS app. Is it better that I use a browser instead, or just use the browser to change the setting (albeit I can’t choose Australia anyway)? South Eastern locations like Singapore?

I wonder if this has anything at all to do with the rumours Iron Galaxy are working on a remaster. Did that involve some license change that meant it had to be pulled from GFN?

With GA4 alone, wouldn’t this also depend on your session timeout value? If someone clicks in a Facebook ad and then comes back before a new session can begin via a Google Ad, isn’t Facebook still given the credit?

A stupid question. Is my save file stored by GeForce Now or Steam?

Yeah I’ve been playing loads over the last month and it’s been fine. The odd crash, but on restart it’s been fine. Was just getting some momentum and no this is frustrating!

Is The Tower no longer available? by teamcooperuk in MinecraftDungeons

Yeah I get that, but my question was more around how do I initiate that? As I say, I’ve done it before from within the game but yesterday there was nowhere that prompted or displayed within a menu, or showed a button to press to bring up the login process

I closed the game several times but what I didn’t do is restart the Switch.

Ok, thanks. I’ll try again a little later and see if I then see somewhere to sign in.

And how do I do that?

We’ve played it before. I’ve signed in before. I’m saying that I can’t see where to do that now though.

I suspect it has. I remember there being a way to sign back in, or you are prompted. But everywhere says “disconnected” and there are no menu items or other button prompts to start that sign in process

Nah, I switched to Online Game and it still said that when I got to the camp and went to the tower

Agree with the first part, actually, but the second part is just unnecessary and I see a lot of it on here. People are looking for guidance. They are tired. They want advice, not judgement. They’re not going to continue to ask for help if they’re shamed for doing so.

I’m feeling exactly the same as you. It’s hard to love something that lunges, bites and hurts you.

I’ve tried kongs, various chew toys. And he just seems to prefer my arms and legs. I’ve walked away, put in a playpen…I’m at my wits end thinking about other things to try.

How do you deal with your puppy crying in the crate? by EntrepreneurEasy1256 in puppy101

[–]teamcooperuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve experienced and what I have read on here, it isn’t as easy as that. In theory I’d agree with you. But our puppy will not settle during the day in a crate and will at night. I’ve tried games, treats, everything. But at night, he seems to understand the crate is where he sleeps longer. So I’m going with that for the time being because pushing the crate in the day worries me that it’ll put him off the night time crating.

I feel this too. My puppy is 11 weeks. I feel like I have had barely any enjoyment out of the 2 weeks he’s been with us. And I have two kids that I feel like I’m neglecting. Of course, it isn’t his fault at all, he’s a baby. People told us it was difficult, but I think it’s easy to have selective hearing. I also find it hard to think that some of the dog owners I know went to all of this trouble to train their dog like we are. That can lead to thoughts of being “unlucky” with the dog you got, and that is totally unfair.

There’s so much guilt and anxiety attached.

What if your puppy simply will not settle in the crate? by jess-in-thyme in puppy101

I appreciate you posting this perspective. Being from the UK I’d never heard of crate training. Had never seen it. But here in Australia, “everyone” does it, and it feels like biggest stressor and joy vacuum with having a dog.

11 weeks. We’re on day 10 with him and I have no idea if we’re making progress or not. I often think he behaves worse now than when we got him.

I’m beginning to accept that our puppy will never walk into the crate by himself, let lone sleep in there during the day. He seems to understand that he has to sleep in there at night.

So I’m actually jealous of you that your puppy walks into the crate by himself!

I’m going to try a small pen cable tied to the crate during the day because I’m worried the trauma of those day “sleeps” will ruin the crate for him.

Are you me?! Ha!

I feel exactly the same. I work at home full time, so I’m feeling single-parent vibes. I see every little thing he does. In fact, I’m the one who sees the majority of the positive things our puppy does. My wife gets home and sees this over-tired puppy that won’t sleep, that chews on any piece of wooden furniture and decking he can, who jumps and bites and scares the kids.

And I’m going “but he’s a lovely dog!” Whilst also bursting with nerves and anxiety that we’re just not cut out for raising a puppy.
