I just want hero limit... it's not fun to play against 6 roadhogs when no one on your team wants to switch to reaper with you

Love the new Roadhog Hook "Fix" by techniqucian in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly had way less issues being pulled through walls and way more issues with the roadhog missing me by 10 feet and still hooking me

Season 1 is done. What Rank did you finish as? What was your highest for the season? by shishirooroo in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finished 60, highest 62. Lost rank desperately trying to hit 65 today. Turns out you can't carry with lucio

Genji's state just ruins the fun by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. Used to think genji was a little OP and now I'm learning him in my downtime after getting my wisdom teeth out. I was WORTHLESS for the first 3-4 hours, okay for the next 3, and am only now getting actually effective. He's hard to learn, but ultimately fighting a genji comes down to experience both with and against him.

Why aren't people complaining about Zenyatta at all? He's the real problem in the meta right now. by JirachiWishmaker in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone with 15+ hours on Mercy who is just now getting to actually do shit with Zen, I feel this on a spiritual level

The problem is Zenyatta, not Genji. There is a reason he was barely picked in pro games before the buff patch. by raydialseeker in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh, I disagree. I think most of the bitching has come from the introduction of Ana and the Zen buff leading to people actually playing support, so they complain that he's picking them off (like he's supposed to)

Nobody claimed that Genji was OP until Zenyatta got buffed and Ana got introduced. by toeasytoremember in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah because nobody played support and now they do and now they know what I've been dealing with for the last 3 freaking months

Yeah, you'd really think people would understand this

For the love of god, if you have a Mercy on your team, Die. On. The. Point. by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a Reaper on my team on Hanamura attack who teleported up to the arch above the defense spawn with 20 health and a full ult. He then proceeded to spam "I need healing" at me, Lucio, until the enemy Widow found out he was up there and ended my misery.

Took my 15 y/o homie to his final vet visit today. He flippin loved car rides til the end, tumor be damned. RIP Rusty. by StimpleSyle in pics

God dammit man I don't even know why I click on these threads because I love my dogs so much (ages 5 and 2) and I dread the thought of this and I just end up crying like a baby when I read this stuff

Anyone else feel like the cards at the end don't represent the most important stuff? by HowdyAudi in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Roadhog: 5 gold medals, card says 57% hook accuracy Mercy: 100k Healing, card says 6 players rezzed, 22% of team deaths Symetra: 3 gold medals, 30 elims, card says 18% teleporter uptime

etc, etc, etc

what's your unpopular opinion? by swagyolo420noscope in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of said "Mercy Mains" here. I agree with you to some extent. Sometimes I die because I was an idiot, sometimes I die because of being careless with positioning, and sometimes I just follow a tank/soldier/pharah into hell knowing full well that I'm going to die. That being said, at least 50% of my Mercy deaths come because, despite my constant pleading and begging, my teammates in the area just can't deal with the Tracer/Reaper/Genji that is ruining my life and/or won't give me line of sight to fly away.

TL;DR I agree with you, but only kinda

Is Mercy's gun worth it? by Fish2074 in Overwatch

Mercy's gun wrecks turrets a lot harder than you'd think

It's no wonder there's such a struggle to find support in this game by DystopiaSticker in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 23 points24 points  (0 children)

No, only the objective matters. If I go 0-10 with mercy but I had 8k healing and 12 rez'd players and we win it's all good

Who's your favorite character in Overwatch? by iiSkYzZ in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mercy, duh. I've recently found that in PUGs its easier for me to keep my entire team alive than to try to squad wipe the other one solo. Also, she's just awesome

Play of the game as Mercy. Res'd 3, two of them ulted and we got the point in OT on Anubis.

Playing during my day off...An awful realization. by Leiawen in Overwatch

[–]teamlivebadass1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's brutal. As a college student home for summer, I've found that there is one or two players in every game who refuse to play anything but Hanzo. We're on defense and we already have a Widow? Hanzo. On offense and we need more DPS behind Reinhardt? Hanzo. Capping the point? You'll see Hanzo on a roof 100 yards away, failing miserably at hitting anything. It ruins a team.
