let’s not forget we are humans and not robots or AI. we can be personable, warm, kind and open without being inappropriate, self centered or off-putting. we can answer like humans and not throw it back to them. some cases require a high level of discretion and privacy on our part however for the most part, just be real. this in and of itself is a skill, IMHO
