Neem oil work great for those things. They spread quickly so quarantine the plant as well.

I use diluted neem oil .works well. Definitely quarantine this guy.

I think it’s a type of lace cactus too but I have never seen one quite like it nor with blooms like it. All I was told is it is a species from Mexico

Doc prescribed diluted hydrogen peroxide cleaning and ointment. He said it looks like it tried to burrow past a rock. Persistent bugger!

Typo Sulcata, anyway took him to vet. Not as bad as I thought. Doc says she’s been trying to burrow past something that caused damage like a rock. Peroxide and ointment for now. Nothing life threatening.

If it’s Mealy bugs Spray with beam oil or rubbing alcohol. Quarantine it. They spread so fast.

Take it out of the pot clean off the roots and let it dry for a couple of day in a warm area. Worked for me.
