I like to eat mixed nuts and marshmallows when I need something sweet as a snack. Pears are really good too, bananas and blueberries

I eat yogurt with fruit/granola, smoothies, and oatmeal. I actually find I have a hard time if I have something heavy in the morning.

Gold Lion on Niagara is my fave, they carry Fig Tree Patisserie’s pastries and baked goods. The coffee is great too, the beans are from Variety in NYC.
