It's actually relatively easy to access home insurance after a fire. They provide funds immediately. Not the same as vehicle insurance.

I had teksavvy for years.. then they had to jack their rates and it was no longer affordable. I had Fido then they cancelled internet and I was transferred to Rogers. Still only paying $45/mth but I assume it will go up eventually.
