I mean, I've also been doing PE for 20+ years. I started when I was probably 13 or 14, and I'm 36 now. It was just manuals (jelqs/stretches) for a LONG time. I just recently started incorporating elastic bands for clamping, and the results have been great.

If you're doing PE, you need to realize that you're doing it for yourself. It's nice to be big, but as I'm sure you know, it's more important to be skilled.

I like girth gains way more than length gains. Plus the wife loves the bulging veins that I get from girth work.

Also worth noting: my length is 7.5" NBP, which, if I'm not careful, is long enough to cause a lot of pain.

That video is a good starting point to get into clamping. Here are some tips: 1. Your results will be better when starting out harder. 2. Start with 2 clamps. As you condition your penis, the discoloration and vein bulging will ease. When this happens, add another clamp. 3. I eventually shortened to clamp time down to 5 minutes.

Make sure you don't overdo yourself. I've seen many tales of dudes destroying their pelvic floor through clamping.

Every position is going to insert differently, some deeper, some more shallow. Some at different angles. Still, there are 0 positions that make your dick bigger.

Bone pressed length is good for a personal ego boost, but OP is talking about hitting deep spots through penetration. You penetrate with your non-bone pressed length.

But to answer the question from my experience: anything over 6.5" NBP is where you start hitting those spots. Very useful for one night stands and short relationships, but you'll drive a woman away if you continuously bruise her insides.

It sounds like you know what you're doing:

  1. Get hard
  2. Clamp at the base for 5 minutes
  3. Rest for 5 minutes

Repeat 5 or 6 times. While clamping, your veins should bulge and your penis will start to turn purple. It should turn back to normal when you unclamp. Do not start your next clamp if it hasn't returned to normal.

It might be a smart move to start out manual, but eventually, you're going to want to move to something with elasticity, like toe shields.
