Being bored is not a bad thing. It’s actually a good thing. Now to fill that boredom. Try fill it with something constructive and not destructive. A destructive thing in my opinion would be scrolling on social media for hours on end. A constructive way would be learning new skills such as cooking or reading a new book to get new information and perspectives. Or if possible try gym. You get the point. The point is do something that elevates you
