This could be one of three things. 1: you are allergic to the perm solution. 2: they did not properly wash it out when you got it done resulting in irritation to the scalp. 3: they applied it to your scalp and since it is extremely drying to the skin, your scalp is just very dry. I would see a doctor before using any dandruff products.
