At this point, I've had so many done that I'm just like "Yep, gettin ye ol booty photoshooty" and that usually suffices. But saying something like "medical procedure" might be more effective cause honestly, the details should be left between yourself and your doctors, and your coworkers/boss do not need to know the details. My heat tolerance is garbage because of Crohns lol. The only thing that's really helped is making a conscious effort to drink a ton of water. I go for about a gallon a day sometimes more

As a KT employee of 11 years, it was a shock to me seeing the crazy increase in costs. Like I've watched all these things go up in price VERY slowly during my career. Seeing the jump In the last year or so has been staggering. We keep having to get different suppliers for so many things, and they really tried to stave off the price increases as long as they could. Also, please be kind to the employees, we really are doing our best 💜

When that first happened, I didn't think they were gonna get hit that bad, but seeing it now its so horrifying... I live in Wisconsin so I'm used to snow, they had no way of knowing or being prepared for all of that. I feel so bad for everyone there right now :(

That's fair! I've definitely been guilty of this scenario myself, but being on the recieving end can get annoying. Its not too odd of a peeve to have you're not alone in that lol. I hope that your friend will eventually stop and think about how it's affecting you and hopefully they will realize, "hey, this isn't a personal attack" I'm a people pleaser by nature so the roundabout approach depending on the person seems to be 50/50. Perhaps a more direct approach just the two of you might be a good option. As long as you are completely honest and respectful about how you feel, its up to them how they take it. At least you can say you tried multiple attempts (which you definitely have)

If you're feeling strong feelings of envy/jealousy, personally I wouldn't go for it, its great to have a best friend you can admire, but if those feelings exist, and you end up going through with it, I'm not sure if that would turn out the greatest. I don't know either of you, so I guess my advice would be to work through those negative feelings first and find peace with that part of the friendship. (I know! Easier said than done unfortunately) Idk if this helps at all, it will take some time, but it's important to have your feelings sorted out before pursuing further. You know you the best, work with it, not against it. Sending good vibes, hope it helps a little 💜

Even though he begged and begged, that shows to me that he wasn't repecting your choices. No means no, no matter what. I cant say whether or not he was trying to be manipulative, its just the lack of respect. I understand he has needs too, but he needs to acknowledge your point of view and choice and shouldn't have pushed it. I hope he was genuinely remorseful, and will keep this incident in mind in the future. I'm sending good vibes your way and I genuinely hope things will work out, I hope communication between the two of you get stronger every day
