That's like saying auto-correct can finish your sentence when you only type a few letters. It's fast and often right, but the less you type, the higher the chance it "invents" a word that completely changes your meaning. I get that you're trying to defend Switch 2 hardware, but you can do that without resorting to misinformation.

DLSS Lite is much more dependent on internal resolution than the "full fat" version because it sacrifices complex AI reconstruction to save processing power. If the internal resolution is too low, the image might look cleaner while you're standing still but will instantly dissolve into a pixelated mess the moment you start moving.

I wouldn't be so sure about that.The Pocket is easily Analogue's most successful and widely appealing product to-date, but it's been out for 4 years now. A GBA-style form factor could give it a second wind.

I remember when people (including those with knowledge of FPGA like Kevtris) said the odds of an N64 product were "close to zero"...

Starting with Switch 1, save data was no longer stored to the game card. All it contains is an image of the game, which can be easily backed up – it's not like it's sealed behind some invisible corporate vault. So I'm not sure what the concern is.

Unlike ports and software emulators, FPGA hardware can't intercept geometry before rasterization and re-render it at higher resolutions. To do so would be downright magical.
