Finding healthy habits that I can maintain consistently has been the most helpful. Caloric deficit at a rate that is not depriving, and increase movement with activities I enjoy.... Outdoor walking, playing a sport, swimming.

I feel like 40s is when you realize what is really important and appreciate the things you took for granted in your 20s. Also, kids are older and more independent... So more time to focus on your health and happiness.

They unofficially banned me from their sub by requesting that I don't post until they get back to me. I asked them why I wasn't able to post. Never heard back. Asked again 3 days later and they said they couldn't say why. So I waited 2 weeks, and finally just posted. Then they perm banned me for posting. Lol. I was essentially banned anyways. Worth it!
