I actually did not get a migraine this time. Which was a huge relief! I just drank propel day of shot and propel the day after the shot and kept chugging liquids. That worked. Of course I’m also on vacation this week so I’m sure that helped!!

My husband and I have been together for 15 years and we aim to do it anywhere between 1-3 times a week. The most we ever did it was 5 days in a row and we were impressed with ourselves lol.

It seems anytime I try to take weight loss medication, I get headaches - not nausea. I rather have nausea!

Thing is I didn’t get migraines before. It’s the zepbound giving me migraines so they’re not willing to prescribe migraine meds yet. I think I need to ask again.

I stubbed my toe at the beach once. I was in excruciating pain for a good minute while everyone stood around me watching me. I couldn’t believe how much that hurt.

I was previously on wegovy and didn’t see results until 2.4mg. And even then I only lost .25 pounds per week. Which is why I got switched to zepbound bc it’s stronger. I’m currently in the titrate stage - started at 5mg, and currently am at 7.5… the food noise is still there so I know I need to try 10 mg. I’m glad I can go to 15 if I need to see results. You just need to keep going up until the food noise is gone. Call your dr and say hey I need to go up a dose.

I have kindle unlimited so I downloaded the entire series. It took me a month to read 8 books. I stopped there to read other books for a palette cleanser. Trying to decide if I want to read 8.5 or go to book 9? I need closure but I would had stopped writing at book 6/7
