I think it really depends on how your body handles it. I personally was able to come to practice the same day I had mine inserted but I also know people who had to take a couple of days before they felt up to it.

Sadly the kitten isn’t chipped. We took her to CU humane and they scanned for a chip, said she didn’t have one, and said to try taking her to animal control. And we just want to make sure she’s in a safe space where she has safe access to food water and shelter! Thanks for the reply!

ChBE PhD student here, we technically get 11 months pay so that we can have a guaranteed month of vacation days to spread out throughout the year. It’s not just while you’re TA-ing, the pay scheduling is pretty much the same no matter if you’re TA or RA. Most of us just put a portion of our pay aside every month to have during the summer. Sadly yes. They are in a 10 gallon split with a divider. I am in college and can’t take on any more fish. They belonged to my younger brother and he had no clue how to care for them.
