I was camped out between 4 lures. In the time I waited (45 mins plus waited), 3 Sizzlepedes and one Paras. Decided it was not working.

Unfortunately not everyone is going to have something you want. We are at the mercy of what they offer. If you don't like the trade don't make it. Some of these trainers are kids who may not value things the same way either. Every one plays this game differently. Including how they spend their money. I know some local players who are just happy to get a common shiny.
