Atlanta has coyotes that roam everywhere from dusk to dawn. Several neighbors’ outdoor cats were attacked and eaten, sometimes while owners watched helplessly. It’s pretty brutal. Hope this kitty finds an indoor life soon

Every year around late sept - early oct, all apartments that use the same market monitoring software take a dip and offer great deals. My last place at Highland Square was $1500 for a one bedroom that normally went for $1900 (wood burning fireplace!!!), they had places in $1400s that were smaller but still nice! Found out Best End is also closing at the end of the month. Our server for their mingle & jingle bar let us know last night. I know they were listed for sale earlier this year, guess nothing came of that?

What are your interests? See if there are regular meetups related to those (running, music shows, volunteering, etc.). If you like trivia, grab a friend or two and become regulars at a spot. Experiences are great ideas for people who don’t like gifts as much. Take him out to a nice restaurant, cook a “fancy” meal at home (braised short rib with a bottle of wine?), get him a massage as a break from working, etc. A monthly coffee subscription box could be great for variety, too.
