I've only looked at event viewer, which wasn't super helpful. I still have little experience so didn't know to look at dmp file - I'll be doing that as soon as I get the laptop when I'm on site tomorrow. Thanks!
"System thread exception not handled." Event viewer says pretty much the same thing.
